Cheesy Eddie's Carrot Cakes

I've had many a carrot cake in my day, but the carrot cake from Cheesy Eddie's (on South and Averill here in Rochester, NY) are by far the best carrot cake I've ever had in my entire life. I think it's something to do with the cream cheese frosting.
